Residencies can vary in length and type, depending on the theater company or artist's specific needs.

Ninety percent of Shakespeare's works are set in Italy. Coldigioco offers a unique opportunity for performing arts students to be able to study the Bard in a deeply engaging context. The Shakespeare Tour is a full-immersion course divided into two sections: the first, a workshop-based program, sees participants hosted at Coldigioco involved in theatrical activities led by experts at the Mestica Theater. The second part guides them on a journey to the Italian locations where Shakespeare's major works were set. During the tour, not only do the participants have the opportunity to visit these cities but also meet local theater companies and share with them theatrical experiences, attending performances and a rich variety of drama workshops.
